Oh and btw, it's good to meet you. lol What brought you into this game/series of games? Me, I just saw an ad somewhere and figured I would sign up. Been over a year since I played one of these games so I might have a little rust to shake off. lol

yeah it sure has been quiet. I don't really know where people's heads are at, and BJ sure does like to keep things to himself. I try to talk to him on AIM all the time, and it's like crickets. I have heard Dolly come up, not really sure why tho. So I am feeling pretty stuck in the middle, was hoping more ppl would come online so I could ask some advice.

Good to meet you to, I saw an ad and was like hells yeah! I haven't played survivor in a while on proboards, so thought it would be a great idea. You met many ppl yet?

Not really no. I talked briefly with BJ over aim. Oddly enough I was invis when he im'd me. lol I didn't even know I was on aim. Maybe he has invisible glasses or something.

At this point I can only base my vote on who I talk to I guess. I think everyone tried pretty hard in the challenge so it's tough to point fingers. I guess whoever I don't talk to will probably end up with my vote. lol

Well it sounds like people are focusing on Dolly and Colleen. I'm not exactly sure why but that seems to be the case. For me personally, there are others I haven't talked to that I wouldnt have a problem writing their name down but more than anything else I would like to just keep this tribe unified. I really do think we have a kick-ass tribe, guy. I see no reason why we can't start a win streak and gain a numbers advantage over the lamo yellow tribe.

yeah our tribe is amazing, i think we could massacre those other guys, esp since they dont seem as active as us. I am prob gonna go with the tribe i think, wanna stay unified.

and then no more messages from rocky. I also had a brief convo with Dolly, where I persuaded her to vote with us to get colleen out, and thus avoid a tie. So, colleen, burton and rocky voted sherea, the rest of us voted colleen.

but i am seriously considering jumping ship to dolly at a later stage, I have a feeling she is much smarter and much less insane than bobby jon. she also has a personality, which sherea appears to be lacking currently. Ian I haven't made my mind up about yet. I approached him about the alliance, but now he seems to be taking his cues from bobby jon, which pisses me off. Bobby jon needs to stop thinking he is in total control of the whole alliance. Actually, he can think that, as long as it isn't true and when i eventually need to boot him he doesn't see it coming.

I find it very amusing that Rocky keeps ending his sentences in "guy", because there is this show here in South Africa called "Corne and Twakki: The Most amazing show." It's quite an odd show, based strongly in Afrikaans humour, and it's about these two white trash Afrikaans guys, often interviewing famous people, in sasha baron cohen style. They look like this:




Anyway, they are always saying "guy", like hey guy, what's up guy, what do u think guy etc etc etc. And so every time I now speak to Rocky, I think of them. Actually I think Rocky might fit in quite nicely, what do u think?

Todd seems A. way too happy to give me info about his tribe, and B. way too uninterested in who got voted out of ours. Which means he might have a sneaky secret alliance with someone on our tribe, who already told him. Or maybe he just genuinely didnt care who got voted out, but that really does seem weird. But I don't want to turn into a BJ conspiracy theorist here.

eugh, I am PISSED that Ian hasn't shown up yet, and that Sherea managed to type "Where's locks a lock on Tenrec's crate."
Seriously? Was she drunk? Did she lose her spelling when she lost her personality? eugh, this is SUCH an easy challenge to win with the other tribe having inactives, but that means ppl have to SHOW UP, and post MORE THAN ONCE. I stayed up til 11:30 pm last night to make sure I got one more lock in(and i was still hungover from the night before), and got up at 5 this morning. How hard is it to check in once every 3 hours, even if not at night, even if during the day? And yet we voted off one of our most active, competitive players.....Ian and Sherea better pick themselves up, or face my wrath.

That's not a bad idea. hmmmm,the thing is, I am scared of burton and rocky cos i have almost never spoken with them, and if we align with them, I think I would prob be lowest on the pecking order.
But then on the other side, sherea and ian don't appear to very active at the moment, and certainly aren't better than rocky or burton at challenges, well not from what we've seen so far.

And I get a strong mentally unstable vibe from Bobby Jon
I'm kidding, but I don't know if we can trust him, I am just not sure yet.
I think we should see how this challenge plays out and then weigh up our options.

If we do go with rocky and burton tho, they will be harder to beat in individual challenges way down the line. But for now, they mite be what we need to keep around.

What do u think? Have they mentioned me at all?

You very well know that Ian and Sherea are weak links. In case we go on the merge with them, we would be an easy targets.

With Burton and Rocky, they are more "intimidating" than us, so in case people will run after them before us. YES? hihi.

yeah I know, you're right. Okay I will try to start talking to Rocky and Burton more, and hopefully build some trust with them. Cos they are way stronger than sherea or ian. But if we do go with rocky and burton we need to be 100% sure that they will stay with us, and be a strong 4 til the end.

Of course, she's 100% right. But I don't want Dolly to think she is in charge of this game either. But what trust do I really have with BJ, Sherea and Ian. BJ is insane, and I've hardly spoken to the other two. I think this may be what I need to feel a lot more secure in this game, align myself with ACTIVE, STRONG PPL. will it come back to bite me later? maybe.

But we'll see what happens this challenge.

wow, if this challenge has shown us anything, it's that this tribe is limping along like a 3 legged dog. And I am dragging it's big ass around on my back. sent this to Burton, after he asked me if i wanted to align with him:

hey, so this is what's up, I am gonna be straight with u cos i believe I can trust u. BJ approached me before the game even started for an alliance, with sherea, him, taj and john k. BJ has great taste in allies apparently, john and taj out first, then we added ian to the alliance. BUT, BJ is a loose cannon, I don't like working with him, because he is very forceful, and pushed the colleen vote on me which made me mad, cos now I am stuck in an alliance I hate which was formed before the game even began, and before we could see ppl's strengths. So I would really like to get rid of inactives like Ian next time we go to tribal, but BJ says we can't cos he is in the alliance. well I would rather play with strong players, and I like u, Dolly, and Rocky, and u three are way more active (dunno where dolly was today, but she usually is), so I would like to propose: U, me, Dolly, Rocky to the end. We ca get rid of inactives, and loose cannons cos we have the majority, and be strong and loyal in a merge. what do u think?
